About Rebecca S. Carlisle
Rebecca lives in Heard County Georgia close to Roosterville and the town of Ephesus. She was born in Sylacauga, Alabama but her family moved to Miami when she was three years old. They moved to Hollywood when she was six years old and time to start school. Wonderful memories of riding her bike to and from school each day with her younger brother and friends. Her parents valued education and decided to remain in Hollywood until she and her brother graduated from South Broward High before moving back to Sylacauga. She has spent most of her adult life in Georgia living in the country with her husband and two daughters. She was an educator for forty years, serving as principal of Ephesus Elementary school before retiring. Richard, her husband has passed and her daughters, Samantha and Paige, are grown and doing well. Today she lives with her two rescue dogs, Buckley and Bo. She enjoys writing, traveling, reading and gardening.
